Requirements engineering efforts in IT projects often fall short. Amongst others there are two main reasons:

  • lack of comprehensive methodological know-how within the team
  • usage of CASE-tools that don’t support the method and don’t integrate with related tools.

ModelIntegra helps to establish model-driven requirements engineering by providing a proven method with appropriate tool support that fits together. That way IT projects should be able to produce results of great value in less time.

ModelIntegra is an open-source project initiated by Michael Kempf and 4Soft GmbH in 2006.
